Green Oak Farms farmer sausage and farmer sausage crumbles are lightly smoked pork sausage products with a hint of maple - which we LOVE. Use the crumble (which is the sausage meat without the casing) as ground pork in a lasagna with a béchamel or 'schmontfat' as the sauce.
